Novelty Waning

No silly. The I-Touch novelty is still riding very high probably because I have not had enough uninterrupted time to play and download. Dang, this toy is fun.

The novelty of this, however is wearing thin. For those of you who, like me, cannot be asked to follow links....I am referring to my Stuff Your Face, China post where Hooligan is eating like a horse after being off-colour for weeks.

Seriously - I still get a kick out of seeing him eat or asking 'what can I have now' every 7 minutes but there is one thing that fails to please me...and it goes like this:

7am : (nothing good EVER happens at 7am)

I feel the piercing eyes of a 3yr old on me.

Hooli : Mom, I am awake.

Me : Grunts and pulls the covers back for him to crawl in. We have an understanding that no verbal communication happens before sunrise. Ever.

Hooli crawls in and snuggles close. *sigh* I experience a blissful cuddly moment of parental pleasure.

Hooli whispers : Mom - I am HUNGRY.

Me : Okay, still. dark. though.

Hooli quiet for a bit.

Hooli HISSES LOUDLY : Mom, I said I am HUNGRY. Please wake up. (how polite is he?)

I wish I could tell you that I shot out of bed and organised food but that did not happen. I avoided moving for another 20minutes.

He is now wolfing food and everyone is happy. Yeah.

Off to meet Ness today - these holidays have been great in terms of meeting fellow bloggers...will do a post on them all soon.

Later peoples.

My 3 yr old is EXACTLY the same. She never stops eating. NO matter how much i feed her. Granted it's not every day - but on the day's it is she drives me nuts!

So great that mine feed themselves now and sometimes even make me tea.
Pronutro is a balanced meal any time of day...it says so on the box.

Isabella is ravenous 24/7 now. She's begging for food like a hungry puppy constantly. It's the strangest thing.
